I had recently moved...just had my second baby and was in desperate need of some fellow Mum friends. MaCapella was my saviour! I was immediately surrounded by a group of fantastic mums with whom I had the common interest in music. Tara runs the sessions with such a relaxed vibe...it provides people with time to get to know others in the group and have much needed de-briefs about mum life. The music that we create together is amazing and so good for the soul. My kids love the social element...and they get so much out of the music. I would highly recommend MaCapella to anyone... It has provided me with some of the best friends I've ever had!

This group is the best 'me' time I have discovered. Spending an hour each week with 'real' women who enjoy making music together. It doesn't matter that I'm not a 'singer', it all blends together and I get to be part of an amazing sound.

I just love MaCapella. It's so nice to get together with such a great group of women and sing. It never fails to give me such a lift. I really enjoy the performances too and get such a buzz from them. My little one equally enjoys MaCapella. She knows most of the songs now and loves singing them when we are at home. It's my soul food, I'm hooked!

​Being new to town MaCapella was the perfect way to meet other local music loving Mums. I love being able to get the thrill of performing in a group at all kinds of events, big and small. It’s has also been such a great way for the kids to experience music, they regularly sing along while I practice or even request their favourites!
